All Parcels need to be signed For. (A delivery address where someone will be home to sign for is advised). Customers can reply to the courier’s email or SMS and agree with them other delivery options if unavailable to sign for. Customers who choose this option do so at their own risk and accept full responsibility for that delivery. Hyper Bulk Nutrition Limited will not accept any claim, whole or in part for unfulfilled deliveries once delivery details/options are amended.

Deliveries during holiday periods may experience delays.
Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch of your parcel by the courier.
UK customers will also receive an SMS message (if a mobile phone number was provided at the time of ordering) with delivery details and a 1-hour window of delivery given on the day of delivery. This applies to next day deliveries only.
Deliveries to Europe take 3-7 Working Days.
Our Standard Next Day delivery option applies Monday to Friday. A Saturday delivery option is available at an extra cost if an order is placed no later than 1pm Friday (unless Friday is a bank holiday).
Lighter items may be sent via Royal Mail. Heavier items are sent with DPD 24 - 48 (depending on the delivery location).
